About BGA Graphics
My name is Brenda Ammons and I run my business from home. I'm lucky enough to have a generous husband who let me quit my insurance job to pursue this online business thing.
I initially started working with clip art in 2000, and started off like a lot of other people do; having a collection of free clip art for people to download. This was certainly before I understood anything about copyright laws and the work it takes to create an image. After about a year of giving images away, I decided that wasn't helping my family out very much. I then did a lot of research and training to learn to make better images by using better software.
Mission Statement
BGA Graphics is not one of those huge companies that gets images from several different sources to resell at a hefty price. I draw all of the images and am the only one with the rights to sell them. Being an entrepreneur myself, I like to make images available for other entrepreneurs who run small businesses.
Everyone knows that an image can make or break an advertisement because text-only ads will bore most customers. I want to provide the eye-catching image for Joe's Crawfish Barn, Senior Jose's Good Food or Mary's Cat Stationery, etc. Most companies with names like those are little mom and pop operations that can't afford to buy expensive graphics; they just want artwork that will help express their passions.
I want to give a special thanks to all of my customers; especially those who are return customers. There's nothing like knowing that someone liked your images so well that they come back for their other image needs. I put a high value on integrity and working to make sure the customer is satisfied.
I Just Want To Draw
My talents are as a graphic artist, not a web designer. I struggle with the whole html, css, php, javascript, SEO thing, and I think people who understand all of that are brilliant! It just takes time away from what I really want to do...draw!
